Gram turned 60!!!
The following pictures are from Gram's 60th birthday (week). Elliot got to meet many new people. Beth and the kids flew in from Alaska. Kate, Paul and John came up from North Carolina, Aunt Missy and Uncle Rick flew in from Georgia. We surprised Gram on with all these people and had a party to celebrate. Elliot had a good time but was a little overwhelmed at times. It seemed like every time he woke up, someone new was in the house. He did a great job sharing his toys with John and in the end was a little sad to see people leave. It seemed like I always had the camera out, yet I do not have that many pictures to share. Hopefully when others get a chance, they will e-mail me some pictures (hint, hint).

15 month check-up
Well we just got back from Elliot's 15 month check-up. He still weighs 21.5 lbs and is 30 inches long. He did not gain any weight since his one year appointment. The doctor is not too concerned because he does eat well and he is active. He did suggest we start putting butter and cheese on his food and if we want to, Ovaltine or Pedisure once a day. I am not too worried because he is a healthy eater. He loves fruits and veggies and eats a lot of them. He did give us a presciption for an epi-pen to have around the house. Over the past few months, Elliot has gotten hives from food that he has eaten. One time we knew it was shellfish and the other time we have no idea what caused it. To be safe, he would like us to have the epi-pen in case next time the reaction is more severe than hives. He is also not concerned about his lack of teeth and said that he will probably get them all at once. Besides that, he is a normal 15-month old.

Jelly Bean Jungle
Today (4-10-07) we went to Jelly Bean Jungle. It is an indoor playground for kids 5 and under. Kyle and Elliot had a blast. At first he was afraid of the ball pit because there were a lot of older kids in it. Once they left, he loved it. They both would have probably had even more fun if they could walk and climb better but they still left exhausted but wanting to come back.
